From The UMK: Ferrara Pan Candies

Lemonhead, Red Hots, Atomic Fireball etc. that do not bear the UMK symbol are NOT acceptable.  Please check the label before purchasing any of these products.

From The O/U: Kind Bars

Many varieties of Kind Bars have been reformulated without milk and now bear a plain O/U.  There are now O/U and O/UD products of the same varieties on store shelves.  Kosher consumers should check the labels on these bars carefully, as some of the same products and Dairy and some are now Pareve.

From The cRc: E.J.’s Pizzaria

The cRc advises that until further notice, the foods containing flour at E.J.’s Pizzeria in Chicago are not to be considered Yoshon.

Star K: Baskin Robbins Pink Bubble Gum Ice Cream

While Baskin Robbins Pink Bubble Gum Ice Cream has never had the Star K certification (as most other Baskin Robbins flavors have), Baskin Robbins has re-formulated their Pink Bubble Gum Ice Cream and is now certified Kosher under the Star D.

From The cRc: Wilton Dipping Chocolate

There are pouches of Wilton’s Dipping Chocolate that bear a mistaken cRc pareve logo.  Please note that this product is dairy as indicated in the ingredient panel.

From The O/U: Balconi Cubi Wafers

The O/U certifies Balconi Cubi Nocciola Hazelnut Wafers as an O/UD (dairy) product.  This product contains dairy ingredients as indicated in the allergens and ingredients statements.  Some boxes were printed with a plain O/U (without the “D” designation).

From The Star-D: Baskin Robbins

Baskin Robbins Rocky Road Ice Cream and Baskin Robbins Pink Bubble Gum Ice Cream are NOT Kosher and do not bear a Star-D on the container, as do other flavors of Baskin Robbins Ice Cream.

From The Beth Din of Johannesburg: Tanqueray Gin

The Beth Din of Johannesburg has received correspondence from the Federation of Synagogues in London (KF) who used to certify Tanqueray Gin.  The KF notified the Beth Din of Johannesburg that this product is no longer certified and therefore is no longer an approved Kosher product for consumption.

From The O/U: Elman’s

The O/U does NOT certify Elman’s Ready To Use Dressing For Stuffing.  Some labels on this product bear an unauthorized O/U symbol.

From The Beth Din of Johannesburg: Kee Wings

The cheeses manufactured by “Kee Ingredients”  displaying the name “Kee Wings” on their packaging, contain an unauthorized Beth Din logo and are not Kosher. These cheeses are commonly found in hospitality venues such as airport lounges.  The cheeses involved include: Blue Cheese, Cheddar 6 month matured, Gouda, Belle and Camembert.

From The O/U: Jaffa and Mehadrin Growers

The O/U does NOT certify fresh Jaffa Mandarins that grow during Shmitta and are sold using a “Heter Mechira”.  Some Jaffa-Mehadrin Growers mandarins, which state “Heter Mechira” on the box bears an unauthorized O/U symbol.

From The cRc: Minhas Craft Brewery

Effective immediately, all products from Minhas Craft Brewery in Monroe, Wisconsin, are no longer certified by the cRc (Chicago Rabbinical Council).

From The Star K: Palermo, Milas, Casa di Oliva & Original Gourmet Olive Oil

The Star K has terminated their Hashgacha on Palermo, Milas, Casa di Oliva and Original Gourmet Olive Oils due to Kashrus Violations.  Kosher consumers are advised NOT to use these Olive Oil products, even when bearing the Star-K (i.e. if it is already in your pantry etc.), with the exception of unflavored Olive Oil.

From The KSA: Jecky’s Best Burekas

Please be advised that Spinach-Potato Burekas and Spinach-cheese Burekas, produced by Jecky’s Best bear an unauthorized KSA Kosher symbol.  These items are NOT Kosher certified.

From The Star K: Cosmopolitan Food Grooup

Please be advised that Cosmopolitan Food group and all its brands, including Palermo, Milas, Casa di Oliva, Zayit and Original Gourmet, has been terminated by the Star K due to Kashrus violations.  Consumers are advised not to use any of these products, even when bearing a Star-K, with the exception of unflavored Olive Oils
