The New High-Quality Coffee from Kleinhouse Coffee, produced under the CRC, contains micro-ground pieces of coffee beans that are roasted but not cooked.  Therefore, one should be careful when using this coffee on Shabbos to ensure compliance with the prohibition against cooking on Shabbos.  Each person should consult their Rabbinic Halachic authority.
