From the Vaad Harabanim of Greater Seattle: Island Crust Cafe

Island Crust Cafe in Mercer Island (Seattle) is NO LONGER CERTIFIED AS KOSHER by the Vaad HaRabanim of Greater Seattle.  The owner has publicly announced his intention to reopen the restaurant without ANY Kosher certification.  Many people, both those who live locally and those who live elsewhere, have eaten in this restaurant over the many years that it was Kosher certified by the Vaad of Seattle.  Please share this information with anyone you know who m ight not be aware of this situation, so that no one might unwittingly dine at an establishment that they mistakenly presume to be Kosher certified.
