Certification stopping The Orthodox Union certified many varieties of Wise Salsas. Due
to changes at Wise Foods, the Orthodox Union can no longer certify these salsas. The
salsas with the OU symbol are certified by the Orthodox Union, and the salsa without
the OU symbol are not certified. Consumer should look for the OU symbol before
buying a product.
