A limited number of bags for Schmidt Baking Butterbread were inadvertently printed with an unauthorized KOf-K logo on this product’s packaging.  The Kof-K does NOT certify dairy bread and the use of the Kof-K was a mistake that the company ha immediately corrected.

From The O/K: KetoMCT

KetoMCT Oil and KetoMCT Powder bear an unauthorized O/K Kosher symbol on the packaging.  This company and their products are NOT certified by the O/K.

From the cRc: San Paolo Cookies

San Paola brand Chocolate Chip Cookies and Cranberry Cookies are certified Kosher by the COR and are sold in the Chicagoland area.  These products were inadvertently labeled without a dairy designation.  They are kosher certified and dairy.

From The O/K: Green’s Cheesecake

A limited amount of Green’s Cheesecake, sold at Jewel-Osco locations in the Chicago area was mistakenly labeled with the O/K Pareve symbol, instead of the correct O/Kd.  This product is certified Kosher, dairy, Cholov Yisroel and Pas Yisroel.

The O/U does NOT certify any PuraGenX products.  Some PuraGenX products are sold on internet marketplaces and images of some of their products have an unauthorized O/U symbol.  Consumers should check with the O/U before relying on internet vendors claiming O/U Kosher certification.

From The O/U: Meijer Dill Pickle Flavored Potato Chips

The OU certifies Meijer Dill Pickle Flavored Potato Chips as an O/U parve product.  A limited amount of this product was produced using undeclared dairy ingredients.  The dairy product was packed in 9.5 ounce bags with UPC #719283594365 and “sell by” dates between 7/16/18 and 8/13/18.  The dairy product was recalled from the marketplace.

A limited amount of Blok Chocolatier Dark Chocolate Couverture Square was mistakenly printed with dairy ingredients in the ingredient panel.  The product is certified Kosher and Pareve and is correctly labeled with the O/K pareve symbol.

The O/U certifies Popcorerners Spicy Queso as an O/UD (dairy) product.  This product contains dairy ingredients.  Some labels were printed with a plain O/U symbol (without the “D” designation).
