The O/U certifies Lucky Lear Premium Caramel Apple Fruit Filling or Topping as an O/U-D (dairy) product.  This product contains dairy ingredients as indicated in the ingredients panel.  Some 9.5 lb. pails of this product were labeled with an O/U symbol, without the “D” (dairy) designation.

From The O/K: Bagged Salads

The O/K informs us, concerning triple washed bagged vegetables, that these products are checked and consumers do not need to check them again.  However, not all lots are approved, so the kosher consumer should check carefully to make sure that the O/K logo is printed on the bag.

From The Star-K: Molino Nicoli

Please be advised that various products from Molino Nicoli, Italy, including polenta, cereal, granola bars and a dairy chocolate snack, are labeled with an unauthorized Star-K.  These products are NOT certified.  They are being distributed in Europe and Israel.

Happy J’s Chocolate Relief Bar bears an unauthorized O/K Kosher symbol.  O/K Kosher certification does NOT certify this company or their products.

From The O/U: Betty Crocker (General Mills) Chocolate Chip Gluten Free Cookie Mix

Betty Crocker produces a Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix that is labeled O/U, with lettering on the package that declares: “Now may contain milk ingredients”.  The O/U states  that with all General Mills products (only), when this disclaimer appears on the label (may contain milk ingredients) it means that this product was produced on Dairy Equipment.

From the Kosher Check: Wild Coast Fruit Co.

Please be advised that the following products, sold by Wild Coast Fruit Co. are certified dairy (Not Cholov  Yisroel), but mistakenly bear the pareve Kosher Check logo: Dark Chocolate Blueberries Dark Chocolate Cranberries.

From The O/U: Heinz Poyo, Pappa y Arroz (jarred baby food)

The O/U does NOT certify Heinz Poyo, Pappa y Arroz, a jarred baby food product.  This product is labeled with a Spanish only label, and is sold in Mexico and possibly other markets in the U.S.  Some jars were labeled with an unauthorized O/U symbol.

From The cRc: Coloma Frozen Foods Grape Juice

Please note that Concord Grape Juice Concentrate and White Grape Juice Concentrate, distributed by Coloma Frozen Foods (Coloma Michigan), bear an unauthorized cRc symbol on the label.  These items are NOT certified Kosher.

From The O/K: Kodiak Cakes

Kodiak Cakes Power Bake Protein Muffin Mix Double Dark Chocolate bears a plain O/K symbol instead of the required O/KD (dairy) symbol.  This product contains dairy as stated in the allergen warning and is certified kosher dairy by the O/K.

From The COR: Natrel, Sealtest & Northumberland Sour Creams
