From The Atlanta Kosher Commission: Tic Tac Candies

Tic Tac Candies are produced at many different plants and not all of them are Kosher.  Even the same flavor can be found with an O/U on some containers and no certification at all on others.  Each individual container should be checked carefully for a reliable Kosher symbol.

Please also be aware that new Tic Tac Gum candies, which look the same as the regular candies and are sold in the same type of dispenser containers are not Kosher and bear no Kosher symbol.
