Over the past few years, a few kosher information agencies have developed throughout the country. Some of these publish very useful guides with information on the latest developments in kashrus. These agencies are highly recommended. Of particular note is the publication from the Kosher Information Bureau (KIB) on the West Coast. They utilize a computer data base of over 100,000 to compile their newsletter and Passover Guide. Another highly acclaimed one is the Kashrus Kurrents from Baltimore.
